2. Order Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

A. Within 24 Hours of Purchase

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided:

  • The order has not been processed or shipped.

  • The product is not a custom or special-order item.

  • Payment has not yet been settled with third-party suppliers.

If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


3. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

If an order has already been:

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Transferred to a shipping carrier

  • Assigned a tracking number

It may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

In such cases, the order must follow our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Shipping charges and restocking fees may apply.


4. Custom & Special-Order Equipment

Custom, pre-configured, or special-order machines—including certain commercial espresso machines and high-capacity grinders—cannot be canceled once:

  • Production has begun

  • The supplier has confirmed the order

  • The equipment has been sourced specifically for the customer

These items may require deposits that are non-refundable.


5. Freight & Large Commercial Equipment

Large equipment such as:

  • 3 Group Onyx PRO

  • Group Zircon High

  • Group Megacrem Coffee Machine

  • Industrial Coffee Grinder (high-capacity models)

Often require palletized freight scheduling.

If freight booking has already occurred:

  • Cancellation fees may apply

  • Freight reservation charges may be deducted

  • Warehouse handling fees may apply


6. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Once customs documentation is prepared, cancellation may not be possible.

  • International wire transfers or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.

  • Import/export documentation fees may be deducted from refunds.

Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications (voltage, compatibility, dimensions) before placing international orders.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior cancellation approval:

  • Return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.

  • Freight return charges may be deducted from the refund.
